One of the strengths of the ‘Downtown Doors’ project, was creating a public art exhibit that started with a repurposed item. Artists sourced their own doors from friends sheds, re-store locations or antique shops and added rich designs and creative flair. The combination of paintings, photography, fabric details and wood working  made each Door a beautiful piece of art on the street.
