‘Sixty Sails’ celebrates summer recreation on Orillia’s two beautiful lakes. The boat hulls
were fabricated from scrolled and welded metal rods and a lexan sail provided a perfect canvas for
artists. The 60 sailboat sculptures ran from the top of main street, to the Port of Orillia and provided a
fabulous and colourful ‘welcome’ to boaters and tourists.
