The Spring Wraps project was a quick and easy initiative to brighten the streets in the grey, early days of April. A ‘Spring Flowers’ design was printed on removable vinyl wraps that were used to cover 75 street poles. The sudden display of colour was a big hit in the downtown, during an otherwise wet and dull time of year.
